This Reserve Whiskey is exactly what the true whiskey lover is looking for. Every small batch is hand-crafted to perfection, yet every small batch is different because we use a creative mash using special 2 grains. But what makes this Reserve so special is that we use a bourbon barrel, and custom toasted and/or charred staves. Some of our whiskeys are derived from local brew houses in which we distill different beers like an IPA or a Lager.
